I am lucky enough to live near the original Bob's Red Mill in SE Portland. The old Red Barn has been there for years and years! I know some of my followers and fellow food bloggers out there love Bob's Red Mill products because I have seen you blog about it! Especially
Cara from Eat, Pray Run. They not only sell their products at a lower price, but they serve soup and sandwiches! Some days you can see Bob walking around the store, but he wasn't there this time. My boyfriend works nearby so I visited him for lunch one day, and this is what I saw.

Right across the street is The Healthy Bread Store, where they sell Dave's Killer Bread. They are made with whole grains and seeds and have 4-6 grams of fiber per slice, plus they are delicious!

The inside of the Healthy Bread Store. Dave (of Dave's Killer Bread) is an ex-convict and he employs other ex-cons to encourage them to get back on their feet after being imprisoned. Sounds sketchy but his company is doing awesome and he makes great bread!

My loot--I got Almond Meal(to make gluten-free treats like this one) flaxseed meal to add to pancakes, smoothies, ect, coconut oil to use in place of olive oil for sauteing veggies, quimoa in bulk, black beans in bulk, sliced almonds in bulk and 2 loaves of Dave's Killer Bread! All for under $30! Pretty good since the almond meal alone costs $11 at Fred Meyer.
Have you tried any Bob's Red Mill products? What are your favorites?

I didn't realize this was in Portland! I love buying Bob's Red Mill products, I usually pick them up at Whole Foods, but I'll definitely have to check this place out when (if) we move to Oregon! :)
